Freezing cold. Cheap heaters which warm a few tables not the entire space. Seriously understaffed. Waited over 15 mins just to get a coffee. One member of staff doing coffee, taking food orders and letting people in and out. Cutlery grubby and dirty. The smell of grease is sickening.
Facilities good for children but cleanliness and lack of staff a complete disgrace.
